Performance Changers is a structured, mentorship-driven program. We require commitment, consistent effort, and personal accountability from every participant. Youth must be willing to work hard, follow guidance, and show up consistently. A connected parent or guardian is required for enrollment and is expected to remain engaged throughout the program. Our goal is long-term development — and that requires dedication from both youth and family.
